Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026. These terms are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
1. Who we are, what this covers
YourKey — the console at this domain, the Key agent, the Key Discord bot, and the APIs behind them (together, "the Service") — is operated by Bastion Systems LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Early access
The Service is in closed early access. It is under active development: features may change, break, or disappear, and we may suspend or reset parts of the Service as we build. We'll communicate disruptive changes when we reasonably can.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Discord account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for complying with Discord's own terms wherever the Service touches Discord. Server owners and administrators are responsible for the configuration they apply to their communities.
4. Automations run on your authority
YourKey lets you configure agents and automations that act with permissions you grant. What you authorize is your call and your responsibility: review what you enable, scope it to what you intend, and revoke what you no longer want. We build the Service so that granted authority is visible, bounded, and revocable — but the decision to grant it is yours.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to break the law, or to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or other tenants' data.
- Don't misrepresent automated traffic as ours, or ours as yours.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to content you bring to the Service. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process it in order to run the Service — and nothing more. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. AI outputs
The Service uses large language models. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Where an action matters, the Service is built to route it through your approval — use that judgment. AI output is not professional advice.
8. Fees
Early access is currently free. If and when paid plans exist, pricing will be published and no one will be silently converted to a paid plan.
9. Ending things
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end the Service or your access to it, and where practical we'll give you notice and a way to take your data with you.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bastion Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date, and flag material changes in the product. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Bastion Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: [email protected].
